# Leads Dashboard

Halaman **Leads** digunakan untuk menampilkan semua customer baru yang pertama kali terdeteksi oleh sistem. Lead akan masuk ke halaman ini ketika:

* Customer **pertama kali mengirim chat** ke bisnis kamu

Halaman ini membantu kamu memonitor jumlah leads baru, asal leads, dan kapan mereka pertama kali berinteraksi dengan bisnis.

1. **Tujuan Halaman Leads**
   * Melihat daftar semua leads baru yang masuk.
   * Mengetahui sumber awal customer menemukan bisnismu.
2. **Informasi yang Ditampilkan**\
   Setiap baris pada tabel Leads berisi:
   * **Date** — Waktu lead terdeteksi (saat sesi pertama dibuat atau chat pertama masuk).
   * **Customer Name** — Nama yang dimiliki kontak (jika ada).
   * **Phone Number** — Nomor telepon customer.
   * **Email** — Jika tersedia pada profil customer.
   * **First Source** — Sumber ads pertama customer berasal
   * **First Touched At** — Waktu pertama kali customer direspons oleh agent atau AI.
   * **Last Source** — Sumber ads terakhir interaksi customer (jika berbeda).
3. **Kapan Data Lead Masuk?**\
   Lead otomastis masuk ke tabel ketika:

   * Customer pertama kali memulai chat, bahkan jika hanya satu pesan.
   * Sistem mencatat **Session 1** untuk nomor tersebut.

   Lead **tidak akan muncul** jika:

   * Customer sudah pernah chat sebelumnya (bukan lead baru).
   * Interaksi berasal dari agent tanpa pesan masuk dari customer.
