# Setting Page

## Settings Navigation

The **Settings** page provides access to account, workspace, Chat, and CRM settings. The sidebar menus are grouped to help you find the settings you need.

#### 1. Opening Settings

1. Click the **Settings** icon to open the settings page.
2. Select the menu you want to access in the sidebar.
3. To open Chat or CRM settings, click the group name, then select a menu within it.

#### 2. General Settings

The following menus are available directly in the sidebar:

| Menu                | Purpose                                   |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| **Account**         | Access account settings.                  |
| **Notification**    | Manage notifications.                     |
| **Working Hour**    | Set agent working hours.                  |
| **Usage**           | View workspace usage.                     |
| **Billing**         | Access billing and subscription settings. |
| **User Management** | Manage users and their access.            |
| **Security**        | Access security settings.                 |

Your permissions determine which settings you can open or manage.

#### 3. Chat Settings

Click **Chat Settings** to display the list of Chat settings, then select the menu you need.

The menus in this group depend on the features available in your workspace.

#### 4. CRM Settings

Click **CRM Settings** to display the following menus:

* **Import Data Management**
* **Pipeline Setting**

Select the menu you want to access.

#### 5. Expanding and Collapsing Menu Groups

* Click **Chat Settings** or **CRM Settings** to expand or collapse the menu list.
* The selected menu is highlighted.
* When you select a menu within a group, that group stays expanded so you can easily identify the settings you are viewing.

#### Notes

This update changes the sidebar navigation structure. Settings functionality and access permissions continue to follow the existing rules.
