Navigating Cekat.AI
Cekat AI's navigation is now leaner and more flexible. Three things have been updated: an App Bar with dynamic tabs along the top, a sidebar you can collapse, and the ability to open products (such as a chat or a CRM contact) in their own tabs.
The goal is to give you more screen space to work in, make it easier to reach different tools, and keep things tidy. The more Cekat AI products you use, the more a layout you can shape around your needs matters.
This guide explains what's changed and how to make the most of the new features.
What's changed
Here's a quick comparison of the old and new layouts:
Default product tabs
Every tab (Chat, Orders, CRM, Marketing, Automation) always showed, even if unused.
Only tabs for products you actively use are shown when you log in.
Sidebar navigation
A static left sidebar with a fixed width.
The sidebar can be collapsed or expanded to make the most of your workspace.
Tab management
Tabs along the top were fixed and couldn't be changed.
Tabs can be reordered, closed, reopened and used to open specific items (such as a chat or a contact).
Session memory
The layout reset to default every time you refreshed or logged in.
Your sidebar state and tab arrangement are saved automatically per account, browser and device.
How to use it
Collapsing and expanding the sidebar
The left sidebar holds navigation to the main features, such as Chats, Comments, Calls, Conversations, AI Agents and Channels.

Click the collapse icon at the top left to shrink the sidebar to icons only. This gives you a wider, less distracting workspace.
Click the same icon again to bring back the full text labels and navigation links.
The Send Feedback button stays available at the bottom of the sidebar, whether it's collapsed or expanded.

The always-there Home tab
The Home tab is your starting point in Cekat AI.

It's fixed at the far left of the tab bar and can't be moved.
It can't be closed, so you always have somewhere to return to in every session.
It shows the Cekat AI logo or your organization's custom logo.
Opening apps with the App Launcher
The App Launcher (the grid icon in the top header) opens a list of the products you can access, such as Chat, CRM, Automation, Blasting and Analytics.

Click the grid icon to open the app list.
Choose the app you want. It opens right away in a new tab in the header.
Rearranging and closing tabs
To reorder: drag a tab (other than Home) to where you want it.
To close a tab: click the X on the tab.
To open a new tab: click the + button in the header to open another product.
Opening specific items as tabs
You can also open specific items directly as tabs in the header, for example:
Chat: a particular customer conversation.
CRM: a particular contact profile or deal page.
This makes it easy to jump between conversations or records without searching for them again every time.
Tab limits
The number of tabs you can open is limited, to keep the header tidy and easy to navigate.
Home tab
1 fixed slot
Always there; can't be closed or moved.
Regular tabs (products & items)
Up to 10 slots
These slots are shared between product and item tabs, for example 6 chat conversations + 4 CRM contacts.
Total tabs in the header
Up to 11 tabs
Opening an 11th tab (besides Home) shows a warning that you're at capacity.

If you hit the limit of 10 regular tabs, close one of your open tabs to free up a slot.
Tips and common questions
Tip: collapse the sidebar while handling customer conversations to give the chat area more room.
Is my layout the same on every device?
No. Your sidebar state (collapsed or expanded) and tab arrangement are saved separately for each account, browser and device. If you log in from another device or browser, the layout may look different.
What if several people log in on the same browser?
Each user who logs in on the same device or browser keeps their own layout.
What happens when I log in on a new device?
Cekat AI opens one tab for each product you subscribe to, with the Home tab as the main view.
Why is one of my product tabs locked?
If a product's trial has ended, its tab stays visible in the header but is locked until you upgrade.
