Reset Password

How to reset your password

1. Open the login page:

   • Go to the login page at https://chat.cekat.ai/login.

2. Click "Forgot password?":

   • Find the "Forgot password?" link on the login page and click it.

3. Enter your registered email:

   • Type in the email address you signed up with.

   • Click "Reset Password".

     
4. Check your inbox:

   • Open the inbox for your registered email.

   • Look for an email with the subject "Reset Your Password" and open it.

5. Click "Reset Password":

   • In the email, click the "Reset Password" button.

     
6. Enter your new password:

   • On the page that opens, type your new password into the New Password field.

7. Click "Reset Password":

   • Once you've entered your new password, click the "Reset Password" button.

8. Sign in again:

   • That's it. You can now sign in with your new password.
