Products

Products is where you manage the product catalog used in Orders. Here you can add products, set stock and prices, and upload product images for orders taken through chat.

1. Viewing your products

   • Go to Orders → Products.

   • Here you'll see:

     • Product name

     • Weight (grams)

     • Stock

     • Price

     • Date added

   • Use the search field to find a product by name.

2. Adding a new product

   • Click Create Product at the top right.

   • A Create Product pop-up appears with these fields:

     • Name *: the product name (required).

     • Description: a short product description (optional).

     • Price *: the product price in Rupiah.

     • Weight (grams) *: the product weight in grams.

     • Stock *: how many are in stock.

     • Image: upload product images. There's:

       • 1 Thumbnail slot

       • 9 extra photo slots (Pic 1 to Pic 9)

   • Once everything's filled in, click Create.

3. Editing a product

   • In the product list, click the Edit (pencil) icon on the product you want to update.

   • You can change:

     • Name

     • Description

     • Price

     • Weight

     • Stock

     • Images

   • Click Save when you're done.

4. Deleting a product

   • Click the Delete (trash) icon on the product you want to remove.

   • You'll be asked to confirm before it's deleted.

   • Products already used in past orders still show in your order history, but they're no longer available for new orders.
