# Reports

Reports shows your marketing performance as tables: spend, impressions, clicks, and sales by source, campaign, and ad. You can create a report from a template, choose the sources and columns to show, and save it.

## Open Reports

1. In the top navigation, click the Marketing tab.
2. In the left sidebar, click the Reports icon (chart icon). You can also click the Reports card on Marketing Home.

## Create a report

On the All Reports tab, Create Report offers these templates:

* Ad Performance: spend, delivery, and the chats each source produced.
* Website Events: page views, button clicks, forms, and WhatsApp clicks per ad.
* Chat Events: chat sessions started and handed to a human, per ad.
* Blank report: start from the default overview and shape it yourself.

Click the template you want. The new report opens in its own tab at the top of the page.

## Manage saved reports

All saved reports appear under My Reports, with the time each was last updated.

* To find a report, type its name in Search reports.
* To rename a report, click the pencil icon in the Actions column.
* To delete a report, click the trash icon in the Actions column.

Open reports appear as tabs at the top. If there are too many tabs, open the rest from More.

## Choose a data source

1. In a report, click the source picker at the top left of the table.
2. Choose All sources to compare every source side by side, or pick one source to break it down by level:
   * Paid Ads: Ad Platform › Ad Account › Campaign › Ad Set › Ad.
   * Organic: by Channel, such as Direct, Google, or Facebook.
   * Creators: Creator › Social Account › Post.
   * Link: Campaign › Link.
3. Click a level next to the source picker to change the breakdown, or click a row to drill into the next level.

## Adjust the report

2. Credit: pick the channels to count, such as All channels.
3. Attribution model: choose how sales are credited to their source, such as Last Click.
4. Date basis: choose which date the data is counted by, such as Event Date.
5. Columns: choose the metric columns to show (see the next section).
6. Data level: choose the source and its level.
7. Search: find a specific row, such as an ad or creator name.

The Total row at the top sums every row. Click a column header to sort, and use the pagination below the table to see more rows.

## Choose report columns

2. In Choose report columns, pick a Preset to use a ready-made set of columns, such as Overview, Delivery, Website Events, Chat Events, or Order Events.
3. To pick columns yourself, click a category on the left, such as General, Website Events, Chat Events, Order Events, Call Events, Labels, Pipeline Status, Custom Events, or Custom Metrics. Then tick the columns you want. You can also find them with Search all columns.
4. In the list on the right, drag columns to reorder them, or click ✕ to remove one. Click Clear all to start over.
5. Optional: type a name in Custom preset name, then click Save preset to save your columns as your own preset.
