Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://docs.cekat.ai/en/marketing/creators.md). # Creators Creators keeps track of everyone you work with and how their posts perform: views, likes, comments, site visits, and orders. Every creator and each of their accounts gets its own tracking link, so you know exactly who drove each sale. ## Open Creators 1. In the top navigation, click the Marketing tab. 2. On Marketing Home, click the Creators card under Add-ons. ## View creator performance The Creators tab shows a summary of Views, Posts, and Sales, followed by your creators with their accounts, posts, views, likes, and comments. * To change the period, click the date picker, such as Last 30 days. * To filter, click Platform or Status. * To find a creator, type their name in Search creators.

## Add a creator 1. Click Add creator. 2. In Name, type the creator's name. 3. In Where visitors go, enter the destination page URL. The creator's link and their accounts' links open this page. Share the tracking link, not this page URL. 4. Under Social accounts, pick a platform, then paste a profile link or type the username. To add another account, click Add account. Each account gets its own short link. 5. Optional: turn on Auto-import posts to import posts automatically. 6. Optional: open Contact and promo code, then fill in Email, Phone, Promo code, and Code description. 7. Click Add creator.

Links to share on the right previews the short links for the creator and each of their accounts. The links work once you save the creator. If the destination site hasn't been checked for the Cekat tracking script, you see a warning with a Check it link.

Sales that use the creator's promo code are attributed to that creator.

## View creator details Click a creator's name in the list to open their details. The details page shows: * Metrics: Views, Posts, Engagements, Site visits, and Orders for the selected period. * Link to share: the creator's tracking link and its destination page. Click the copy, QR, or pencil icon to copy the link, create a QR code, or edit the link. * Promo code and Contact: click the pencil icon to change them. * Accounts: each of the creator's social accounts, with followers, posts, views, and its tracking link. * Posts: each of the creator's posts, with views, likes, comments, shares, and engagement rate. To go back to the list, click ← Creators.

## Add a social account 1. On the creator's details page, click Add account. 2. Choose a platform: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or YouTube. 3. Type the username or paste the profile link. 4. Optional: turn on Auto-import posts. 5. Click Add account.

## Add posts Click Add post on the Creators page or on a creator's details page. Add published posts offers two ways: * One post: paste the post URL in Published post URL, then click Discover post. Cekat reads the post's account and format. * Paste a list: paste several post links in Post links, one link per line, up to 200 at a time. Then click Add posts. Cekat reads each post and its account first. Nothing is added until you confirm. You can set up tracking links later.

## View all posts 1. On the Creators page, click the Posts tab. 2. See the views, likes, comments, and shares of each post. To filter posts, use Platform, Status, or Creator. To search, type a post title, creator name, or handle.
