Performance Analytics Dashboard

This feature lets you build a performance analytics dashboard tailored to what you need. Add metric or line chart widgets, choose the attributes they show, then arrange and resize them on the canvas.

  1. An empty dashboard

    • The first time you open this page, the dashboard is empty.

    • Click Add Widget to start adding analytics widgets.

    • You can also set the date range with the Date Range picker at the top right.

  2. Adding a new widget

    • Click Add Widget to open the widget panel on the right of the screen.

    • Fill in:

      • Name: the widget name shown on the dashboard.

      • Type Widget: the kind of widget:

        • Metrics: shows a single number.

        • Line Graph: shows a line chart with several attributes.

    • Each widget type has a different attribute limit:

      • Metrics: only 1 attribute.

      • Line Graph: up to 3 attributes in one chart.

  3. Attribute list

    • Attributes are the data the widget shows.

    • They're grouped into categories:

      General

      • Total Cost

      • Total Revenue (Total Purchase)

      • Return of Investments

      • WhatsApp Clicks

      Lead Generation

      • Total Leads

      • Cost per Lead

      Sales

      • Total Sales (Order Paid)

      • Cost per Sale

      Session

      • Total Session Start

      • Cost per Session Start

    • Click Select Attribute and choose the attributes your widget needs.

  4. Widget preview

    • Once you've chosen attributes, the preview shows what the widget will look like:

      • Metrics: the number for that attribute.

      • Line Graph: a line chart with colors and values for each attribute.

    • Use the preview to check the attributes and widget type before you save.

  5. Adding the widget to your dashboard

    • Once everything's set up, click Add Widget at the bottom of the panel.

    • The widget appears on your dashboard at its default size.

  6. Arranging and resizing widgets

    • Every widget can be:

      • Moved by dragging and dropping it.

      • Resized with the handle in its corner.

    • Arrange the layout however suits your team or your reports.

  7. Editing or deleting a widget

    • Each widget has three action buttons:

      • Edit: change the name, attributes or widget type.

      • Duplicate: copy the widget to reuse it.

      • Delete: remove the widget from the dashboard.
