Leads Dashboard
The Leads page shows every new customer the system detects for the first time. A lead appears here when:
A customer sends their first chat to your business
This page helps you keep track of how many new leads you're getting, where they come from, and when they first got in touch.
What the Leads page is for
Seeing a list of every new lead.
Finding out where customers first discovered your business.
What you'll see Each row in the Leads table shows:
Date: when the lead was detected (when their first session was created or first chat came in).
Customer Name: the contact's name (if available).
Phone Number: the customer's phone number.
Email: if it's on the customer's profile.
First Source: the first ad source the customer came from.
First Touched At: when an agent or AI first replied to the customer.
Last Source: the ad source of the customer's latest interaction (if different).
When does a lead appear? A lead appears in the table automatically when:
The customer starts a chat for the first time, even with a single message.
The system records Session 1 for that number.
A lead won't appear if:
The customer has chatted before (so they're not a new lead).
The interaction came from an agent, without an incoming message from the customer.
