The Events page is a real-time event console showing every important activity in the system. Each event appears here the moment it's triggered.
What the Events page is for
Seeing every event as it happens, in real time.
Checking that your funnel, from campaign clicks and landing page visits through to paid orders, is being recorded correctly.
Event types The Events page shows all of these event categories:
Clicked Campaign: triggered when a user clicks a campaign link or CTA.
Opened Landing Page: when a user visits a landing page that has tracking set up.
Form Submitted: when a user submits a form on your website or landing page.
Session Started: when a new customer session begins.
Session Ended: when a session is ended by an agent, the AI or auto resolve.
Incoming Call: a customer calls an agent through the system.
Outgoing Call: an agent calls a customer.
Label Added: a new label is added to a conversation.
Pipeline Changed: the pipeline or contact status changes (for example, Leads → Prospect).
Ticket Created: a new ticket is created for the conversation.
Order Paid: an order is paid and recorded as a sale.
