Pixel

Pixel is a sub-tab of Cekat Tracker Settings that lists the pixels connected to your WhatsApp inboxes. Here you can set access tokens, add new pixels, and choose which events are sent to Meta (CAPI).

1. Pixel list

  • Pixels are listed automatically based on your connected WhatsApp inboxes.

  • Each pixel has one of two statuses:

    • Ready to use: the pixel has an access token and is ready to go.

    • Need action: the pixel doesn't have an access token yet, so you'll need to add one.

  • If a pixel shows Need action, click Pixel Setting in the Actions column.

  • You'll be taken to the Pixel Setting page.

2. Adding an access token

When you first open Pixel Setting, you'll see one default pixel from your WhatsApp, with an empty Access Token.

  1. Click Edit Pixel to add the access token.

    • Fill in the Pixel Name, Pixel Type, Pixel ID and Access Token if needed.

  2. To get an access token, open Meta Events Manager:

    • Go to Events Manager.

    • Choose the Settings tab.

    • Scroll to Setup Direct Integration.

    • Click Generate Access Token and copy the token.

  3. Go back to Pixel Setting and paste in the token.

3. Adding a new pixel

  1. Click Add Pixel.

  2. Fill in the form:

    • Pixel Name

    • Pixel Type

    • Pixel ID

    • Access Token

  3. Click Create Pixel to add it.

4. Event settings

Once a pixel has an access token, you can choose which events are sent to Meta (CAPI).

  1. Click Events Setting on the pixel you want to set up.

  2. The Event Setting page has two categories:

    • Default Events

    • Label Events

A. Default Events

Default events are sent to Meta automatically when a customer takes certain actions.

  • Visit Landing Page: sent automatically when a visitor opens your landing page.

  • Click CTA: when a visitor clicks the WhatsApp button or a CTA.

  • Submit Form: when a form is submitted successfully.

  • MQL: when a customer starts chatting and reaches the minimum number of bubbles to qualify as an MQL (set in Project Settings).

  • Prospect: when a customer's message contains text or a regex you've defined (for example, "please fill in your details").

  • Purchase: triggered by a regex, and requires a value.

Mapping events to Meta Default events are mapped automatically, but you can change them from the dropdown: Add Payment Info, Add To Cart, Add To Wishlist, Complete Registration, Initiate Checkout, Lead, Purchase, View Content, Lead Submitted.

Turning events on

  • Use the toggle to turn on the events you want to send to Meta.

B. Label Events

As well as default events, you can link specific labels to Meta events.

  • For example: the label MALL OF INDONESIA linked to the Lead event.

  • Add label events with the Add Events button.

  • Each row can be edited or deleted.
