Role Hierarchy

This page shows the role hierarchy in your organization. Higher roles can see data from the roles below them, but not the other way round.

Note: users can view their own data and the data of their subordinate roles, but cannot view data from parent roles.

Creating a new role

Click + Create Role, then fill in:

1. Role Name: the name of the role (up to 50 characters).

2. Reports To: the role above it in the hierarchy.

3. Share data with peers: turn this on if users with the same role can see each other's data.
