# Table View
Table View is the main way to manage your data, spreadsheet-style. Here you can view, add, filter and edit items directly.

**Adding a new column**
To add a new column to the table:
1. Scroll to the far right of the table.
2. Click **"Add New Column"**.
3. A pop-up of column types appears. Choose the one you need.
**Available column types:**
* Text: short text
* Number: numbers only
* Date: pick a date
* Timeline: pick a date range
* Email: an email address
* Phone: a phone number
* Long Text: longer text
* Checkbox: tick for a status or checklist
* Select: a dropdown with one fixed choice
* Dropdown: a dropdown with multiple choices
* Agents: choose an agent from your team
* Contact: link to your contact list
* Company: link to your company list
* Conversation: link to a conversation
* Order: link to order data
* Subscription: link to subscription data

**Managing existing columns**
To edit or delete a column:
* Click the three-dot **(⋮)** menu next to the column name.
* You can:
* Rename the column
* Change the column type
* Delete the column
* Set the column's sorting or display
