# Kanban View

Kanban View makes it easy to manage items visually by category or status. Much like tickets, each column represents one stage or category.

**Grouping**

You can group items by:

* **Groups from your table** (the groups you've created in the table)
* **A Select-type column**\
  To set this up, open **View Settings → Pivot by Column**, then choose the column to group by.

**Customize your Kanban cards**

To make your cards more informative:

* Click a field in the right panel to show it on the card.
* Click the ❌ icon on an active field to remove it from the card.
* The *Agent* field appears as an avatar at the bottom of the card.
* All changes are saved automatically.
