Kanban View

Kanban View makes it easy to manage items visually by category or status. Much like tickets, each column represents one stage or category.

Grouping

You can group items by:

• Groups from your table (the groups you've created in the table)

• A Select-type column To set this up, open View Settings → Pivot by Column, then choose the column to group by.

Customize your Kanban cards

To make your cards more informative:

• Click a field in the right panel to show it on the card.

• Click the ❌ icon on an active field to remove it from the card.

• The Agent field appears as an avatar at the bottom of the card.

• All changes are saved automatically.
