Number Widget

The Number Widget shows a numeric value at a glance, based on the data in your board. It's great for seeing total deals, number of leads, average values and more.

How to add a Number Widget

  1. Click "+ New Widget", then choose Numbers

    • The widget appears empty, with a default number.

  2. Apply filters to the widget

    • Filter the data by specific conditions, for example:

      • Assign to Me (Dynamic)

      • Status, such as Cold, Warm or Hot

      • Dates, such as Start Date or Expected Close Date

    • Only data that matches these filters is counted by the widget.

  3. Choose the column and calculation

    • Once you've chosen your filters, set up the calculation by choosing:

      • Sum: adds up every value

      • Average: calculates the average

      • Median: takes the middle value

      • Min / Max: the smallest or largest value

      • Count: counts the items that match the filter

  4. Set the decimal display

    • Choose whether decimals are set Automatically or Manually.

    • If manual, set how many decimal places to show.

  5. Save the widget

    • When you're done, click Save to this view to save your settings.

    • The widget appears in Customize View, and you can move it around to fit your layout.
