# General

Use the General tab to set the board's identity and who can see it.

#### 1. Board Name

* Enter a name for the board, up to 100 characters.

#### 2. Icon

* Choose an icon that represents the board.
* You can also change the icon from the dropdown in the board header.

#### 3. Board Visibility

* **Public board:** every user with CRM access can see the board.
* **Restricted board:** limits access to the agents and roles you choose.
