# Set Up WhatsApp Call

How to set up WhatsApp Call

1. **Go to Connected Platform**, choose your **WhatsApp inbox**, and scroll to the very bottom of the page.

2. In the **WhatsApp Call** tab, turn the feature on with the **Turn On** toggle, then click **Update**.
3. Next, click the **gear ⚙️** icon on the WhatsApp Call row to open its settings.
4. You'll land on the **WhatsApp Call Settings** page. Turn on **"Allow customer to reach your business via WhatsApp voice call"**.

5. Once it's on, two more settings appear:\
   a. **Callback Permission**\
   With this turned on, customers are asked for permission to be called back. Once they agree, your business can call them back without asking again.

   b. **Call Hours**\
   Set when your business is available for calls. If you **leave this off**, your business is treated as **always available (24/7)**.\
   When it's on, you can set:

   * Timezone
   * Weekly call hours (up to 2 separate time ranges per day)
