# Old Analytics

The **Analytics** page in Cekat AI gives you an overview of how your service is performing, split into three main categories: **Conversation**, **AI Agent** and **Human Agent**. Each category shows the metrics and data that matter, so you can understand how the system is working and how people are using your service.

It's designed to make it easy to monitor and evaluate overall performance. This page gives you a summary of each analytics category, and you'll find more detail and deeper insights on each sub-category page.
