AI Send Image
This feature lets your AI send images to customers automatically, such as price lists, catalogs or other media. There are two ways to set it up: through Knowledge Source or the Welcome Message.
How to set up your AI to send images
Option 1: Through Knowledge Source
A. Upload straight from your computer
Use this if you want to pick a file from your device.
Go to the AI Agent page and choose the Knowledge Source tab.
Choose the Text tab and open the tab where you want to add the image.
Click the image icon 🖼️ in the editor toolbar (see the image above).
Choose Upload from computer.
Pick an image from your computer.
The image drops straight into the text area, and you can move it around.
Save the tab as usual.
Option 2: Through the Welcome Message
Great for welcoming new customers with an image, such as a catalog or promo.
Open the AI Agent page: Go to the AI Agent page and find the Welcome Message section.
Upload an image: Click Upload Image, choose the image you want to send (for example, your latest promo), and upload it.
Get the image link: Once it's uploaded, copy the image link you're given.
Add it to the Welcome Message: Paste the link into the Welcome Message field.
The AI greets automatically: When a customer contacts you for the first time, the AI sends that image along with the welcome message.
