How to set up your AI to send files (images, videos, PDFs)

1. Open your Knowledge Source text.

2. Click the 🖼️ icon and choose Get file URL link.

3. An upload pop-up appears:

• Drag and drop your file, or click to select a file.

1. Once the file is uploaded, you'll get a link to it.

2. Copy the link.

3. Paste the link into your text in a natural way.
