# Quick Reply

Quick Reply makes it easier to send messages by giving you templates you can pull up quickly during a conversation.

### **How to use Quick Reply**

1. **Open the Quick Reply page:**
   * Go to the **Quick Reply** page on your dashboard.
2. **Add a new quick reply:**
   * Click **Add Quick Reply**.
3. **Fill in the details:**
   * Enter a **name** for the quick reply.
   * Write the **content** of the message.
   * Add attachments such as images (PNG, JPG) or documents (PDF, XLS, DOC).
4. **Good to know:**
   * Content and attachments are both optional, but you need to fill in at least one.
5. **Save the quick reply:**
   * Click **Create** to save the template.
6. **Use it in a conversation:**
   * In the **Conversation** tab, type <mark style="color:orange;">**`/`**</mark>
   * Your list of quick replies appears.
   * Choose one and send it, with no retyping needed.
