# Labels

Labels let you tag conversations and set up automatic follow-ups based on specific labels. If a conversation with one of these labels doesn't get a reply within the set time, the AI sends a follow-up message based on your settings.

## **A. Creating a label:**

1. **Open the Label tab:**
   * Go to the **Label** tab on your dashboard.
2. **Add a new label:**
   * Click **Add Label**.
   * Enter a label name.
   * Choose a color.
   * Click **Create** to save it.
3. **Check your label:**
   * Make sure the label appears in your label list.

## **B. Adding labels to chats:**

### **Option 1: One at a time**

1. **Open the Chat page:**
   * Go to the **Chat** page.
2. **Choose a conversation:**
   * Open a conversation.
3. **Add a label:**
   * In the **Info** tab on the right, click **Add Label**.
   * Choose the label you want.
   * Repeat to add up to 5 labels.
4. **Create a new label:**
   * If you click **Create New Label**, you'll be taken to the **Label** tab to create one.

### **Option 2: Add labels in bulk**

1. **Open the Chat page:**
   * Go to the Chat page on your dashboard.
2. **Choose chats:**
   * Click Select Chat.
   * Tick the chats you want, or click Select All.
3. **Edit labels:**
   * Click Edit, and the Edit pop-up appears.
   * Tick the labels you want to add (up to 5).
4. **Save your changes:**
   * Click Update All to add the labels to the selected conversations.
5. **Check the result:**
   * Make sure the selected conversations now have the labels you chose.

### **Option 3: Let the AI do it**

1. **Open the AI Agent page:**
   * Go to the AI Agent page on your dashboard.
   * Click Setting on your AI Agent.
2. **Additional settings:**
   * On the General page, scroll down and click Additional Settings.
3. **Choose labels:**
   * Tick the labels you want the AI to apply automatically.
4. **Save your settings:**
   * Click Save AI Setting to save your changes.

## **C. Viewing and managing conversations by label:**

1. **Filter by label:**
   * On the **Chat** page, use the label filter to see specific conversations.
2. **Automatic follow-ups:**
   * Automate follow-ups based on the labels you've chosen.
