When a customer stops replying, the AI sends the right message at the right moment, such as a thank-you after a purchase or a tempting promo. Handy, right? **What it does:** * Keeps your customer relationships going automatically. * Helps you close more sales with relevant promos and follow-ups. * Adds a personal touch, without you having to be online all the time. ### **How to set up AI Follow-up:** 1. **Open the AI Agent page**\ Choose the AI Agent you want to use, then click **Setting**. 2. **Open the Follow-up page**\ In the **Follow-up** menu, click **Add Follow-up**. You can add as many messages as you need. 3. **Set when the message is sent**\ Choose when the message goes out, for example after the customer hasn't replied for a while. It helps customers feel looked after. 4. **Write a prompt for what you need** * For a customer who has already bought:\ *"Thanks for shopping with us! If anything's unclear, just ask 😊"* * For a customer who hasn't bought yet:\ *"Hi! We've got a great promo on right now. Take a look before it's gone 🎉"*\ ✨ Don't worry, the AI adapts its tone to match the **AI Agent Behavior** you've already set up. 5. **(Optional) Use the extra features for more flexibility:** * **Exact Chat:**\ The AI sends the exact text you write, without applying your AI Agent's tone. It's ideal for specific messages. With this option on, follow-ups don't use up AI response credits. * **Handoff to Human Agent After Sending:**\ Once the message is sent, the customer is passed straight to a human agent for a more personal touch. #### Still not sure about something?
