Cekat Open API

Cekat Open API lets you integrate external applications with a range of Cekat features, such as sending WhatsApp messages, creating message templates and managing your WhatsApp Business inboxes automatically.

The API is designed specifically for integrating with WhatsApp Business inboxes, and it's a great fit for developers or technical teams who want to automate at scale using their own systems.

Business

With the Business endpoints, you can:

  • Register a new business.

  • Log in to the web chat at chat.cekat.ai using the "Forgot Password" feature.

  • Get the details of a registered business.

Viewing API message logs

To see the history of messages sent through the API:

  • Scroll down on the API Setting page

  • You'll see a log of messages sent through the API, with the message content, time sent, status (sent/read), inbox and related contact

  • Click Export to Excel if you'd like to download the log
