# Cekat AI Workflow Automation

Cekat AI now integrates with **n8n**, an open-source workflow automation platform. With this integration, you can connect Cekat AI to all kinds of other tools and systems automatically, without writing complex code. It's a great way to run operations more efficiently, cut down on manual work and respond to customers faster.

**What you get:**

* **Automated processes**: send data from AI conversations in real time to your CRM, Google Sheets, email or other internal systems.
* **Smart notifications**: set up automatic triggers based on specific keywords from customers, then send notifications to Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp.
* **Automatic database updates**: whenever a customer shares details such as an address, order number or email, n8n can update your database right away.
* **Integrations with hundreds of tools**: n8n supports 200+ integrations, including Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, Trello and more.

**How to access it:**

* Go to **Setting > Workflow Automation**.
* Click **Create New** to start adding a webhook and connecting it to your n8n workflow.
* For now, this feature is only available to beta testers. If you'd like to try it, please contact our support team.
