# Orders
Connect the AI to your shopping or ordering system
Orders connects the AI to the Orders system, so it can create orders automatically **based on the conversation**, including shipping costs, payment and customer details.
## **Setting up Orders**

### **Open the Integration page**
On the Integration page, go to **Connected Apps** and find **Orders**.

### **Turn it on**
Click **Activate**.

### **Configure the settings**
Click **Settings** to configure **AI Orders**.

### **Choose a shipping address**
The shipping address is optional: you can make it required or not. If you make it required, you can then choose the sender address and the couriers you want to offer.

### Choose a payment method
You can set the payment method you want. There are two options: Manual and Xendit.
* **Xendit**: you'll need an active Xendit account that's already connected to your business account. Xendit payments use a payment link generated by Xendit.
* **Manual**: you'll first need to add your bank account or e-wallet at . With manual payment, you can choose one bank account or e-wallet to use.

### Click Save Configuration
The **Save Configuration** button has four states:
* **Enabled** once you've added a prompt
* **Enabled** when you change the prompt
* **Disabled** when no prompt has been added yet
* **Disabled** when the prompt hasn't changed
