Nearest Location

Nearest Location lets you set up your store locations and share the closest one with customers. When a customer asks where you are, the AI can answer accurately based on the locations you've saved.

Setting up Nearest Location

1. Open the Integration page

   • On the Integration page, go to Connected Apps and find Nearest Location.

2. Turn it on

   • Click Activate.

3. Configure the settings

   • Click Setting to configure Nearest Location.

4. Enter a location name

   • In the location name field, enter your store's name and area, for example “Main Store Gading Serpong” or “Jakarta Branch, Kebayoran”. This is what the AI will tell customers when they ask where your store is.

5. Search for the address

   • Then search for the address and choose your store's location. You can also pick it directly on the map.

   • The location is then added to Saved Location.

6. Replying to customers

   • From now on, when a customer shares their location and asks for the nearest store, the AI will recommend the closest one.
