Integrations
Integrations bring a range of features together into one system, so your AI agent can do more and work more efficiently. The integrations available in Cekat.AI fall into four groups: AI Plugins, Connected Apps, AI Tools and Register Third Party Apps.
Go to the AI Agents page Click Settings on one of your AI agents.
On the AI Agent Detail page Click the Integrations tab.

A. AI Plugins
AI Plugins are extra features you can add to your chatbot or AI system to expand what it can do and automate specific tasks. Think of them as add-ons or extensions for your AI. AI Plugins can, for example:
Answer customer questions about your business.
Handle general inquiries.
Hand the chat over to a human agent when needed.
B. Connected Apps
Connected Apps let your chatbot take real-world actions: pull in external data, generate files, send notifications, access your CRM and run automations, all based on the prompts you've written. In Cekat.AI, Connected Apps link your chatbot to these third-party apps and external services:
Web Search → the AI can pull real-time data from the internet
File Generator → creates XLSX, CSV and PDF files
CRM Integration → reads and updates CRM data
Image Edit → edits and creates images based on a prompt or an image the user shares
Check Shipping Cost → checks shipping costs through courier APIs
Orders → connects the AI to your shopping or ordering system
Auto Reminder → schedules reminders automatically
Send Personal Notifications → sends SMS or WhatsApp messages automatically
C. AI Tools
AI Tools are custom APIs or functions you build yourself to give your AI special abilities, so it can run your internal business processes based on the prompts you've written.
In Cekat.AI, you can use AI Tools for internal workflows, business-specific APIs, very specific automations and integrations with your own backend.
