Google Sheets
This feature connects your system to Google Sheets, so you can read and write data directly in a spreadsheet, making your data easier to manage and analyze.
How to set it up
Find and activate Google Sheets
On the Integration page, go to Connected Apps.
Find Google Sheet and click Activate.
Open the Google Sheet settings
Once it's active, click Settings to continue setting it up.
Create a spreadsheet ID
In the Google Sheet connection section, click Create Spreadsheet ID.
Open your new spreadsheet
The Create Spreadsheet ID button turns into an Open Google Sheet link. Click it.
This creates a new spreadsheet connected to Cekat.
Get to know the default columns
The spreadsheet shows a data table with these default columns (they can't be deleted):
created_at: when the conversation was created.conversation_id: a unique ID for each conversation row.display_name: the customer's display name.phone_number: the customer's phone number.
Add and manage new headers
To add a new data column, use the Add New Header section.
Enter the header name and a description. Tick Editable if the data in this column should be editable directly in the spreadsheet, with changes reflected in the conversation.
Click Add New Header to add the column, then click Save Header to save your changes.
Automatic data sync
Customer conversation data updates in the spreadsheet automatically.
Edit data from the spreadsheet
You can edit data directly in the spreadsheet, and the changes are reflected in the conversation.
Example: a tracking number column
Say you add a "Tracking Number" column and enter a tracking number in the spreadsheet.
The AI will share that tracking number when the customer asks for it.
