File Generator controls how the AI creates files (PDF, Excel, Word, CSV and more) using code execution behind the scenes. Here you can give the AI standing instructions it follows every time it's asked to create a file, so it always sticks to the rules in your prompt. Writing a File Generator Prompt also keeps the files you get consistent and professional.

Setting up File Generator

Open the Integration page

On the Integration page, go to Connected Apps and find AI File Generator.

Turn it on

Click Activate.

Configure the settings

Click Settings to configure AI File Generator.

Enter your File Generator prompt

Click Save Configuration

The Save Configuration button has four states:

• Enabled once you've added a prompt

• Enabled when you change the prompt

• Disabled when no prompt has been added yet

• Disabled when the prompt hasn't changed
