Check Shipping Cost

Check Shipping Cost lets you calculate shipping costs and share them with customers automatically, based on the sender address and courier options. It helps you give customers accurate shipping estimates, fast.

Setting up Check Shipping Cost

1. Open the Integration page

   • On the Integration page, go to Connected Apps and find Check Shipping Cost (Cek Ongkos Kirim).

2. Turn it on

   • Click Activate.

3. Configure the settings

   • Click Setting to configure shipping cost checks.

4. Enter the sender address

   • In the sender address search field, look up your store's address or wherever you ship from. You can save up to 5 addresses.

   • You can also pick the address directly on the map.

5. Choose couriers

   • In the courier field, add all the couriers you can use.

6. Save the integration data

   • Choose Save Integration Data.

7. Replying to customers

   • From now on, when a customer asks about shipping costs in a chat, the AI will answer with the cost. It shows the price for each location and suggests the cheapest option first, based on the nearest location.
