Auto Reminder

Auto Reminder lets you set up automatic reminders that send messages when certain conditions are met. It makes sure customers don't miss appointments, important tasks or the chance to follow up with you.

  1. Turn on Auto Reminder

    • Open the Integration page, go to Connected Apps, find Auto Reminder and click Activate.

  2. Configure Auto Reminder

    • Once it's on, click Setting to open the Auto Reminder settings.

  3. Set the notification prompt

    • Under Prompt Notification, write instructions describing the conditions or cases that should trigger a notification. These instructions decide when reminders are sent. The more specific you are, the more accurately it works, so use a clear format that's easy for the system to follow.

    • Example prompt: "If the user asks to book a meeting, ask for the date and time. Once the meeting time is agreed, send a reminder 3 minutes before."

  4. Set up Input Configuration and choose a template

    • Under Input Configuration, list the inputs from the chat that will fill in the notification template.

    • By default, these are set up: date, time, reminder message.

    • To add more, fill in Input (the variable to be replaced, such as address, price, order and so on) and Description, then click Add Input. After that, choose the right template.

  5. Save your settings

    • Once you've set the prompt notification, input configuration and template, save your settings.
