Teams

Teams help you organize how your agents work, including choosing supervisors to manage each team more efficiently.

Creating a team

1. Go to Settings

   • Open the Setting menu, then choose Human Agent.

2. Open the Teams tab

   • Click the Teams tab to manage your teams.

     
3. Click Create Teams

   • Click Create Teams to start setting up a new team.

4. Fill in the Create Teams form

   • In the Create Teams pop-up, add:

     • Team name: the name of your new team.

     • Agent: the agents who'll be part of the team.

     • Supervisor: the team's supervisor. You can choose more than one (optional).

       
5. Good to know

   • A supervisor can also be added as an agent if they want to handle chats too.

   • A regular agent can't be made a supervisor.

6. Click Create

   • Once everything's filled in, click Create to set up the team.
