How to connect a Messenger inbox

1. Go to the Connect Platform page

   • Open the Connect Platform page from the navbar or the Settings menu.

     
2. Click the plus button to add a new inbox or platform

   • Click the "+" button to the right of Inboxes to add a new inbox or platform.

     
3. Choose Messenger

   • Select the Messenger option.

   
4. Log in to Facebook or Meta

   • Sign in to your Facebook or Meta account.

   • Click Reconnect to connect your account.

   • Your Messenger inbox will be created automatically.

5. You're done

   • Your Messenger inbox now appears under Connected Platform.

   • You can set up extra features or start using it straight away.
