Gmail Inbox
Gmail Inbox lets you manage customer emails straight from Cekat AI. Once it's connected, incoming emails are forwarded to your shared inbox automatically, so your team can read and reply without ever leaving Cekat AI.
Before you start
Before you connect Gmail, make sure you have:
A Gmail account
Google 2-Step Verification turned on
A Gmail App Password
Connecting Gmail
Go to Chat → Connected Platforms.
Choose Gmail.
Enter:
An inbox name (optional)
Your Gmail address
Your Gmail App Password
Click Connect Gmail.
Once you're connected, Cekat AI creates a unique forwarding address for you.
Turning on email forwarding
For incoming emails to reach Cekat AI, Gmail needs to forward them to your Cekat inbox.
Open Gmail Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
Add the forwarding address Cekat AI created for you.
Complete Google's verification step.
Turn on forwarding and choose to keep a copy of emails in Gmail.
Once forwarding is on, new emails will appear in your Cekat inbox automatically.
Limitations
Gmail only
Email support is reply-only
CC and BCC aren't supported
