Product

The Product feature lets your AI learn about the products you've already set up in the Product menu. You'll need to import them first, so the AI can recognize each product's details and use them when answering customers.

1. Importing products into Knowledge

1. An empty product list

   • If you haven't imported anything yet, the page will show Product List Empty.

     
2. Click Import Product

   • Click Import Product to start importing.

3. The Import Product pop-up

   • A pop-up opens with a table of the products you've created.

   • The table shows details such as product name, price, weight and more.

     
4. Tick the products you want to import

   • Tick the box next to each product you want to add to Knowledge.

5. Click Add Product

   • Once you've chosen your products, click Add Product.

6. Your products are imported

   • The pop-up closes, and your AI now knows about your products.

2. Removing products from Knowledge

1. Tick the products you want to remove

   • Tick the products you want to remove from Knowledge.

2. Click the trash icon

   • Once you've ticked them, a trash icon appears above the product list.

   • Click it, then click Yes to confirm.
