Knowledge Source

Knowledge Source is how your AI gets to know your business, so it can answer customer questions accurately and to the point. To train your AI, you can give it several kinds of knowledge sources.

Most people start with Text, the most common and flexible way to explain things like FAQs, SOPs or product descriptions. You can also upload files in the File tab, connect web pages in the Website tab so the AI crawls their content automatically, and add questions and answers in the QnA tab. Finally, you can import products you've already set up in the Product feature. The AI learns from all of these sources and uses them to understand and respond to your customers better.
