AI Agent
How to create an AI Agent
Here's how to create an AI Agent in CekatAI:
Log in to CekatAI:
Sign in to your CekatAI account.
Click "AI Agents":
Find the "AI Agents" menu on your dashboard and click it.

Click "Create New":
Choose the option to create a new AI Agent.

Name your AI Agent:
Type in the name you'd like to give your AI Agent.
Click "Create AI Agent":
Once you've entered a name, click the button to create your AI Agent.

Open the General tab:
You'll land on the General tab. This is where you'll find settings such as AI Agent Behavior, Welcome Message, Agent Transfer Conditions, and Additional Settings.
Click AI Agent Behavior:
AI Agent Behavior holds the AI's instructions and tone of voice. You can also add any key information the AI needs to know.
Add your instructions and important business information here.

Welcome Message:
You can give your AI Agent a Welcome Message. It's sent only the first time a customer starts a chat.

Agent Transfer Conditions:
These are the situations in which the AI hands the conversation over to you or another human agent.
They're useful when you need to process an order or give a customer extra help.
(Optional) Stop AI After Handoff: If you want the AI to stop replying once a transfer condition is met, tick Stop AI After Handoff. With this turned on, the AI won't respond any further after the conversation has been passed to a human agent.

Click Save AI Setting:
When everything is set up the way you want, click the button to save your AI settings.
Go to the Knowledge Source tab:

Knowledge Source is the collection of information, data and documents your AI draws on to find relevant answers.
Think of it as the AI's reference library: it uses this to answer questions, share information and analyze requests. Keep in mind that everything in Knowledge Source is treated as information only, not as instructions.
Add your business information:
Add your business details here, such as SOPs, FAQs and anything else your customers might ask about. This is what trains your AI chatbot.
The AI accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, PDF and MP4 files.

Sending images, videos and files:
In Knowledge Source, write the image URL along with a short explanation of when to send it. For example:
"Send this cat picture to the customer: https://images.pexels.com/photos/45201/kitty-cat-kitten-pet-45201.jpeg"
Click Save:
Once you've added all your information and files, click Save to keep your settings.
Go back to the General tab:
You can try out your new AI Agent right away in the Chat Box on the right.
