# Currency

Business Currency sets the main currency shown on transaction data in Cekat.AI. It keeps currency display consistent across CRM, conversations and orders.

**1. Checking your Business Currency**

To see which currency you're using:

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose General.
3. Find the Business Currency section.
4. Your current currency is shown there.

**2. Changing your Business Currency**

When you change your Business Currency, **only the currency symbol changes**. Existing amounts aren't automatically converted at an exchange rate. For example, if you switch from USD to IDR, amounts will show as IDR, but the numbers stay exactly the same.

**3. Products and features affected by Business Currency**

This setting applies across several products and features, such as contacts and CRM boards that contain orders, and the transaction amounts shown in AI Chat.

It also applies to the Chat side panel and to the Orders and Subscriptions sections.

**4. About your Balance**

One thing to know: changing your Business Currency doesn't affect your Balance currency. Your Balance is always shown in Rupiah (Rp), whichever Business Currency you choose.
