Free and subscription plans
When a user first signs up for Cekat, their account starts on the Free plan. The Free plan has a lot of limits, though, and can't connect a WhatsApp number. To unlock WhatsApp number connection and get higher limits, users can subscribe to one of the available plans.
Monthly Active Users (MAU)
Monthly Active Users (MAU) is the number of unique customers who send you an incoming chat (counted across all your connected platforms) in a month. The word unique really matters here: if one customer chats every day, they still count as just 1 MAU.
AI Responses
AI Responses is the number of replies the AI gives. For example, if a customer asks about a product's price and the AI explains it, that counts as 1 AI response, however long the reply is. That said, a single AI reply can use more than 1 AI response if its behavior or knowledge is very long. Every plan comes with an AI response quota. If that's not enough, you can add more by clicking Top Up AI Responses (on the far right).
Top-up pricing:
Rp 40 per AI response.
Top-ups can only be bought in multiples of 5,000 AI responses.
When you're using top-up responses, each AI reply deducts 1 AI response (more if the behavior or knowledge is very long) until your Additional AI Responses reach 0.
Monthly refresh
Because plans are monthly subscriptions, all of these limits refresh every month. For example, if you reach 800 monthly active users and 4,500 AI responses in a month, both MAU and AI responses go back to 0 at the start of the next month (as long as you're still subscribed). Any Additional AI Responses you've topped up never expire and aren't affected by the refresh.
How to upgrade your plan
If you want to upgrade partway through the month, go to Billing and click Buy Now on the plan you want. The price is adjusted automatically based on your usage and previous plan (pro-rated).
Example:
User A is on the Pro plan and is one week into it.
If User A wants to upgrade to the Business plan (1 month), they can go straight to the billing page and buy it.
The Business plan price on User A's dashboard will already be adjusted: the price of one month of Business minus the price of one week of Pro (since one week has already passed).
The plan switches to Business and runs for one month.
