# Chat Expiration Rules

### Chat WhatsApp dan Batas 24 Jam

Secara default, WhatsApp hanya mengizinkan balasan dengan teks biasa dalam waktu **24 jam** sejak pesan terakhir dari customer. Setelah melewati batas waktu ini, Kamu harus menggunakan **template message** untuk membalas.\

**Contoh:** Jika customer terakhir mengirim pesan pukul 10:00, maka Kamu hanya bisa membalas sampai pukul 10:00 keesokan harinya.
